 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We process most orders within 3-4 business days of receiving the order, Monday through Friday. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days.

All products are shipped from Wisconsin. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. 

Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer international shipping with UPS. Customers will be responsible for exchange rate, duties, and taxes according to their country. International orders may be subjected to customs delays. 

*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Once the package(s) have left our distribution office and a tracking number has been emailed we are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.*

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.
